• There were 1194 single family homes sold in Phoenix last month an increase of 6.7% over the previous year but an 11% decrease from the previous month.                                                                                                                  
• The average Days On Market for homes sold during September 2015 was 62. Sixteen days faster than a year ago, and 11 days faster than the previous month of September.                                                                                                             
• The Average Price of homes sold in Phoenix during September 2015 was $263,000 an 8% increase over the same month in 2014 and a 1% increase from the previous month of September.                                                                              
• Currently there are 3841 single family homes for sale in Phoenix ranging in price from $35,000 to $8,200,000.
