Hi my name is Kyle I'm a first time home buyer and I am interested in getting a mortgage. You did a mortgage for my sister last year, now it’s my turn. I will be using the same Realtor and home inspector that you previously referred to her. What are my next steps?

 

At age 21 Kyle is ready to purchase his first home. Whoever said young adults don’t understand the importance of home ownership? That would never be the case in this family.

 

So, do you think young adults’ beginning their home search at an early age has something to do with their family or what their friends are doing?
