Days turn into weeks and those turn into months......

 

Procrastination lands me at the start of March with very little to show. Successful agents have a lot in common, most I find are consistently on their grind, "real-estating" all the time! 

I am not surprise that my fleeting and sporadic Real Estate activities and marketing campaigns are not resulting in much success. 

 

 

Stress and frustration is setting in, and I am not that delusional to think that its the Real Estate market or its because of the Economic Environment. Nope! I am pretty sure it's my fault!

 

I firmly believe that success in real estate is  achievable; otherwise, I would be back in Afghanistan doing Public Finance. I have read and glean enough knowledge from successful agent to understand what makes certain agent successful and so many others less so. Introspectively trying to figure out why I am sitting on my butt and not doing what I know I need to do is another story for another blog.

 

Last week I woke up found myself in the beginning of March. Where did January and February go?!!!  If I am to sell 24 homes this year, this was not how I am going to do it.

I dug deep (well, deeper than prior weeks) and although I planned to work a solid 8 hours a day - 5 days a week, I was able to put in about 25 solid hours, the rest I spend binge watching Parks and Recreation and working out, if I am to be honest - problems for another blog.

This week I plan to watch less TV and focus on my business. Getting into the routine of actually working from 9-5 will take some effort, but I am determined to make it happen.

At this rate, I will he homeless with no TV to binge watch in a year :(!

 

What made last week different though is that I made over 60 phone calls and sent out a considerate amount of emails, more than I have done during any week, perhaps for the entire year so far!!! 

The results - 2 leads and a listing appointment next week!

This little success has stimulated my motivation for success and my drive to get out and put in the time and work. 

Week 2- Expired and FSBO - 40 Hrs goal!
