A Home Inspection is a Reconnaissance Mission
A good home inspector digs deep, gathering information and discovering the history of a home. He or she will tell you what's right and what's wrong with a property. They also provide a detailed home inspection report which the new home owner can use as a kind of "How To Maintain My House" manual.
Home inspections are always interesting but rarely what I'd call "fun". However, everything changed last week, when my Buyer's inspector used a drone to take pictures of the roof.
