On the first day of April 2016, the temperature indicator on my car reached 80 degrees as I drove home around 3pm from an appointment. Wow, what a warm beginning to Spring! Trees are budding, flowers are blooming, grass is green, and the thermometer reached the 80s.
And then on April 3rd, two days later, I woke up to this:
Mother Nature was reminding us of who is in charge.

Kat Palmiotti When I lived in Upstate New York (Ithaca) it was often that we endured that sort of weather, including wet dreary summers. OH! I will be thinking of all my NE friends today in SoCal, including you!

Good Morning, KAT PALMIOTTI, we had our Spring time weather with 12inches back about 10 days ago... but for Colorado, that is normal since March is the snowiest month of the year, and April is the 2nd snowiest month... guess we could get another dump before long!

Indeed crazy weathe, Kat. We went on a preview of a listing and it had snowed in the area. We just had rain and high winds.

Hi Kat Palmiotti , This week has been pretty bad here, with rain, sleet, snow, ice, hail and sleet..... and I had to drive an hour each way to take photos and put up some signs, and I'm not even a mailman.
It is crazy....especially from my hood of 90+F. I'd love a little of that frosty fresh air:)

Dan - I knew your area got a lot of snow but I'm surprised to hear March is the snowiest month!
Carra - Ha, that can certainly be true although it looks like we'll have to wait a week or so for the Spring to come back. Going down into the teens tonight.

Larry - Believe it or not if it's really nasty they don't send the mail carriers out any more! Safety reasons.
