The complex was converted to apartments in 1998 and to condos in 2007. Originally an 1882 cotton mill, you can expect modern layouts with exposed masonry, cypress beams, ceiling heights up to 20 feet and tremendous windows that allow natural light to fill the spaces.
Choices in size abound, with some studios as small as 400 square feet and penthouse units reaching over 2,600 square feet.

The complex itself shows the pride of ownership of the people living there, with a mix of owner occupants, seasonal residents and tenants. The HOA covers all the things you'd expect including property upkeep.

A little longer walk (or really, really short Uber ride) lands you at Fulton Street, home to bars, restaurants and an upscale bowling alley with an extensive bar and food menu.

Your friends might want to carpool when they come to visit. Most street parking is metered, but there are lots nearby that offer monthly contracts to Cotton Mill residents starting at around $125-150 per month for 24/7 in and out access.
