This is a great location, close enough to the university and the City of Tampa via the interstate, which is less than 5 minutes away, and yet far enough out of the city that you have a bit of a country feel to living there.
When a friend and former client told me that she wanted to purchase another home, this one for her college aged daughter, I knew we were going to have a great time viewing plenty of properties. And indeed we did!
