Working from home, I was mashing away on my keyboard when my phone rang. Since we're so used to companies calling trying to sell us "stuff" I was immediately in that mindset because I didn't recognize the number and it wasn't a local call. The caller identified himself as "Reggie" but I missed the company he is with, that is until he said it again. I was immediately on alert!
You see, I wrote a post about his company a couple days ago and he saw it! I wrote how I found the program to be a big help and have already had clients contact me about the reports. The program is Realtor Property Resource (RPR) provided by the National Association of Realtors (NAR.)
Reggie went on to explain that he was glad I wrote a post about the program. We chatted for a minute and he went on to say that my statistic of how many realtors use this free tool is inaccurate. I told him our instructor had repeated the tidbit from his source, Inman News. Apparently, they had the wrong data and the instructor shared it - to us.
This just shows how one factoid can become misconstrued so easily! And folks, we're on Google. So it's out there.
Anyway, I told Reggie, RPR, to comment on my post so that others could get the right data, accurate information. Thankfully, he commented and corrected my information. If you haven't read the post - here it is!
Thanks Reggie for calling. It was great chatting with someone from Realtor Property Resource.
