Who, What and Why....all in Southern
California
Who I am, What I do and Why do I do it? The "where" is in Southern California.
That's a long title for a blog post, so I shortened it, but that's the point. While some people start with the "what" of that question. What do I want to do in my life. I started with the "why."
Perhaps in the most basic of terms, we work for our income. Of course we do. But why do we do what we do? Why real estate or lending or home inspections or staging....or shoe shining? Why do THIS to make a living?
That's when the "who" pops up. For me, I've always been in sales of some kind. I love working with people and companies to problem solve. That's what sales is. Someone has a need and someone is finding a solution to fill that need. That's a fun way to make a living. I'm out of the house and I'm meeting new people all the time. That's the "who" side of me. I'm a salesman!
So real estate is just solving different problems and finding different solutions. I work with my clients to buy and sell properties to fit the personal and financial goals of them and their families....that's "what" I do.
Why real estate? It's not a big mystery....it's fun! It's challenging and it's fun. I love meeting and understanding my clients and their families. Most importantly, I make my own time schedules. I do what I want, when I want. I can work as much or as little as I like and it's fun. The rest of the time I can enjoy my own life.
So with all that in mind, here are my guiding principles.
Mission Statement
To listen to my clients needs, goals and dreams and use my experience and resources to help them reach theirs. To provide professional representation which puts my client's needs above my own.
Vision Statement
Communicate. Never forget that we are a team and the need of one member is the need of all. We will conduct ourselves with integrity and professionalism at all times and help each other when we can. Work as a team and succeed as a team.
Values Statement
Family comes first. In everything we do, we must put family before all else and in every decision we make. Always remember that "it's just a job." Relax, enjoy life and the time we have. Go out and take a walk.
