Half of 2016 is gone - What does that mean for the Real Estate Market?

With August on the horizon and in the midst of the hot summer sun, what is the Real Estate Market like?  Here in the Manchester NH area, we have seen a slow down in the market all be it slight. HOWEVER it was much busier in June and the first half of July we could have imagined. Not all agents are reporting similar scenes. We have expanded marketing and worked harder to achieve and expand our goals of more listings, more closed sales and more happy clients.

There is still many more buyers looking for homes though than there are homes to sell them. What does this mean you ask? It means now is a great time to sell a home. It also means it is a good time to buy with interest rates still so low.

What do we see for the rest of 2016?  Typically in NH the fall market is as busy as the Spring market. We have increased marketing to attract more listings and are hiring assistants and buyer agents to assist with buyers needs.

YOU deserve the BEST service when Buying or Selling a home

LEARN THIS ONE FACT: One should know that All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest Agent or Company. In summary, the key to having a successful purchase or sale can increase simply choosing one of the BEST Agents. In NH that could be me.

It does not take magic to turn your "For Sale" sign into a "Sold" sign. it takes a full time Local Agent who specializes in Listing homes like yours.

Hello Scott Godzyk .  Focusing on increased listings is a very common thread with these entries.  Thank you for your entry.  Mark

I bet the second half of your year will be as good as the first.  Sounds as if there is something for buyers and sellers in your market.

Similar results here. Still more buyers than sellers, but the "dog" listings are not going anywhere. Usually we see a significant drop off from now until the kids are settled in school.
