As most of you who know me are aware, that I have been a Realtor for over 20 plus years and most of it I have been practicing in the greater Los Angeles real estate market. This of course included a previous stint in Boston, MA and a very challenging Relocation to Los Angeles, CA.
Needless to say this lead me to become a Relocation Specialist first then followed by, well as something no one else wanted to do 20 plus years ago and yes, you guessed it: Vacant Land Specialist. Most Realtors felt for the little money it was too much work. Well now you know a little of my background, this should help you better understand my Mission, Vision and Value Statement.
My Mission Statement: has been, since day one I became a Realtor and that is, I am here to provide you with the best Real Estate Experience no matter what you are looking for. Land, Investment Property or your own home if it is a Condominium or an Ultra Luxury Home it does not matter to me. I am here “For All Your Real Estate Needs!” This has been my motto and my Mission Statement for ever since I entered the Real Estate Profession and became a Realtor.
My Vision Statement: I have always believed in giving, if you give freely you will get numerous fold back in return. Companies that did not support my vision statement I chose to leave. Keep in mind in Beverly Hills my first Broker was a boutique firm and the Broker sold his business to a Big Box Broker. I stayed as long as I could, then I left that company because they did not believe in my Vision. Now I am with a Broker and a Company that is in line with my Vision Statement: “Clients Needs must come First and money will follow!”
My Value Statement: my core value has always been to take care of my client’s needs to achieve this I use the six “P’s” in life:
Proper Planning, Patience, Professionalism, Progress, Performance, Perseverance. Needless to say I learned this when I was in the military, specifically Ranger School when we were planning missions daily. Thank you US ARMY, Thank you RANGER SCHOOL! RLTW!!!
