It’s pretty common to be in the situation of needing to both sell your home and buy a new one at the same time. While that may sound and actually be stressful, you are never alone in the process when you use a REALTOR®. Some buyers may elect to use the same REALTOR® for both the selling and buying of homes. Bob before I read the pros and cons, I will add my two cents first not to be clouded by the article.... I have been a few times in a situation  in the past 20+ years ...where I was representing the seller and then we were in the process of buying another property when that happened the fact that I was on both of their transactions we had a relationship and could manage their emotions as well as the bumps of the two transactions without having another person involved plus there was a trust and understanding of all personalities....Endre
