For most of the past 8 years I've developed some really great friendships here at ActiveRain. I have a group of "go to" people that I ask question when I have one. You know the kind of things you don't and shouldn't put on Facebook... like "if your seller is doing this what would you do?" and then the "what CRM do you use? What do you think of real bird? What kind of camera are you using?"
And when I visit the Q&A I see that some people are using it by placing the questions for all membership... which is a really great resource. Just today in there are the following questions:
How much would spend on a laptop?- What's the best laptop for real estate?
- Do you use Facebook ads?
- Can a text create a legal contract in your state?
- Does business slow down for you when it snows?
- Have you used Z57?
- How do you handle calls about non real estate posts you've written?
Some really great answers are on those questions. So even if you think you don't have a question, just popping over there to read the responses might spark an idea for you.
