When there are major residential or commerical tours I always try to go, especially if it is geared towards the modern. I typically come away with at least one idea that is significant and in this one case I decided to have it incorporated into a builders home that would be constructed for an investor. It is an easy thing to do to out expensive upgrades into a house but can you come up something really cool and impressive that doesn't cost much put still has a WOW factor? What you are going to see was shot with an Apple iPhone 6. I do have a pro camera and special lenses but for MLS this most of the time, does the trick. I used the photo for an investor seminar.
I was doing a downtown Oklahoma City tour of residential and commerical to highlight the reinassance of the core part of the city and came accross a commerical building that was a series of containers pur together into offices and a hot dog cafe at the bottom. While inside I met an architect who was young and innovative. What we stole borrowed from him was something we incorporated into an inside utility room. Normally, utlility rooms are boring, just a W/D area and some shelves. We decided to incorporate a sraging area with sink that could also be used as a wash up area after yard work and cabinets for storage. This is simply an Ikea prefab with sink but the magic is what is above. What you are seeing is enamel paint covered by glass. Simple, too the point, and inexpensive to do. it's the little things that can make a sale, and it did.
