Going down memory lane in the 1980's I recall interest rates reached around 18% and for over 18 months I did not sell any houses with new financing, they were all loan assumptions and or carry backs. Yet I still maintained my average of selling 25 houses a year for the first 28 years from the time I began April 3, 1980.
Now that you can see interest rates have no affect on your volume of business, 2017 could be your best year ever, also.
Three Keys to Stay Away From
1 Stay away from negative, complaining people.
2 Stay away from face book there seems to be more negative than positive there.
3 Stay away from the news. If something bad happens you will find out soon enough someone else will tell you. I remember where I was when 9/11/01 happened someone else told me before I could witness it after a game of racquetball in the fitness center.
And When John F. Kennedy was shot, I did not get that from the news either a lady who I worked with told me when I walked into the store that day to go to work in Denver.
