Last week an issue cropped up one one of my closings for before the end of the year.
I learned of it the day before closing.
But, the agent knew about it 2 weeks before. Even when I called a week ago he said all was fine.
The last time I talked to him he said that it was a small issue and he thought it was no big deal and would be just fine.
The agent basically put his head in the sane.
We now won't close for another 2 weeks.
Guess who is about to get a commission-ecktamy!
