When I saw this car parked by the house we were selling in Port Orange, that’s exactly the feeling I had. It is probably not just the message; as there is nothing really intriguing, but it is because of the cute small car, color… all of it…
And while the agent was showing our listing to her client, I took this photo.

There are several agents in my market area that drive little wrapped cars like this and each time I see one I stop and notice so it is effective. I am not sure if it is the bright color, size of the car or the message. It may be the whole package.
