You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! Placentia California's Business of the year went to Rich Farm Ice Cream. If you have not tried this deliciousness, quite honestly sinful if I may say so myself, please go and grab some of the best ice cream on the west coast. All of the dairy is from local farms. They use only the best ingredients, and I mean best. Did you know the vanilla comes from Madagascar!?
The owners John and his wife April are extremely friendly. We met them several years ago when we sold them a home in Yorba Linda. They were careful to hire staff that share their same passion for ice cream and that are also very attentive to the customers. They answer any questions you have and are very open about how and what they do to create the best ice cream around.
We go at least once a week. I may have to start going to the gym more often. We have even been known to eat it for dinner. You can get pints, shakes, sundaes, even ice cream pie! They have some amazing creations out right now. One is the Dream Date sundae. It tastes just like a chocolate dipped strawberry! Another flavor that will be going out this week is a strawberry ice cream with strawberry whoppers!!
Go give this business of the year a try, you will not be disappointed!
