While the local news was in the background of my cooking over the weekend I learned that the city which we have been home owners for 19 years is the 4th safest city to live in , in California. Even though I was busy preparing my St. Patricks's Day Dinner for friends I took note to check in on these stats to see how true they were.

If you have not tried this deliciousness, quite honestly sinful if I may say so myself, please go and grab some of the best ice cream on the west coast. All of the dairy is from local farms. Hi freinds Halloween time is here again and it actually feels like Fall on this cool Sunday morning. Over the past 9 years we have been hosting a Halloween Coloring Contest for children. SInce coloring has become an all ages activity we decided to include all ages in our contest. There are 2 different pages. One for toddlers to 4th grade. There are 4 age categories. PreK, Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grade, and 3rd & 4th Grade. There will be 1 Grand Prize winner in each category. All Orange County, California children will receive a treat bag for entering. On Saturday October 8, 2016, Placentia will be holding their 52nd Annual Heritage Festival and Parade. This will be taking place at Tri City Park, Placentia. The theme this year is "Pride of Placentia". So many great things go on here. At 6:30 am The Festival starts off with pancake breakfast provided by the Rotary Club. Tina Maraj is an amazing real estate agent. I live in Maryland and needed to sell our condo in Hidden Lakes in Fullerton. From such a great distance, the seller is at a real disadvantage, not being able to do even a simple task such as walking through the home for a post-tenant-move-out inspection. I told Tina from the start that I was going to have to trust her to take care of every aspect of the sale, and furthermore I was going to rely on her judgment for important decisions such as what price the market will bare.
