Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - April 16 - 22, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the third full week of April. Even with the six new listings, available inventory levels decreased slightly from 103 to 100. This is still a low level for Monroe NY, and new inventory is needed!

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

22 Chatham Road, MLS #4717031, listed at $319,900. This four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial home with 1,840 square feet is located on ~quarter acre of property in the village of Monroe. The home includes a two car garage, central air conditioning and a kitchen with glass tile backsplash, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has an updated master bath with a frameless glass shower. The outside of the house boasts an in-ground swimming pool, fire pit, and level lawn.

322 Mountain Avenue, MLS #4716865, listed at $335,000. This raised ranch has three bedrooms and two baths in ~2,100 square feet. The home includes some hardwood floors, a dining room with skylight and eat-in kitchen with walkout to deck and nice level lawn. This home has lake rights to Walton Lake where swimming, fishing and non-motorized boats are allowed.

12 Summit Avenue, MLS #4717349, listed at $350,000. This colonial home has four bedrooms and three baths in ~2,700 square feet of living space. The home is located in the village of Harriman, and it has central air conditioning, a full basement and scuttle attic. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the foreclosed but occupied home. The home will be sold via auction. Interior viewings are not allowed.

279 Cedar Cliff Road, MLS #4716669, listed at $375,000. This 2,200 square foot colonial home is situated on 1.7 acre of land. The four bedroom, two and a half bath home has a three car garage, seasonal views of Round Lake as well as 37 feet of lake front property. There are vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, two heating zones and a large fireplace.

8 Clinton Court, MLS #4716788, listed at $449,900. This village of Monroe split level ranch home has four bedrooms and three baths in ~2,500 square feet of living space. The kitchen includes granite counters, tiled floors and much of the house has hardwood flooring. There is a heated in-ground pool and patio for entertaining. The home also comes with direct access to Pine Tree Lake and the seller is even providing a row boat!

103 Mansion Ridge Boulevard, MLS #4715897, listed at $799,000. This colonial home is located in the Mansion Ridge development. It includes four bedrooms and three and a half baths in 5,500 square feet of living space. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite counters, a wine cooler and 42" cabinets. There is a first floor master bedroom suite with a European bathroom and California walk-in closet. The home includes huge windows with lots of light, hardwood flooring, a finished walkout basement, three car garage, four heating zones, central air conditioning and more. Outside, the property includes stone patios, stone walls and well-placed shrubbery.
