From 0 listings last month to 1 sold, 4 under contract, and 1 condo listed it's clear that the high demand for Dearborn Park continues. Only one home has a listing time of over a month. It is the home that had expired in our last report. The home is now under contract. It was relisted on May 6. Two changes were made to the listing; the price was raised to $410,000 and the showing restriction was lifted by an hour to no showings after 6:00 p.m. Of course, we can't be sure that those changes are what sold the home, but considering they were the two changes we suggested could help visibility, it's quite possible that's what did the trick! The median sales price for condos in Dearborn Park was $257,750.

Housing Type: Townhome

Townhomes are still moving at lightning speed. In the $400-500k range there were only 2 homes available last month, but since them 5 homes went under contract or sold and 7 came to the market. In the higher prices there had been only 1 home under contract. It has sold and 3 more came to the market, 2 of which are already under contract. The median sales price for townhomes was $457,503.

There have been no changes among the single family homes.
