Kennett Brewing Company, Kennett Square, PA

After a visit to Longwood Gardens on a very warm day, Chef Dolores and I decided to visit Kennett Brewing Company for a cold beer. This was our first visit to this brewery. We ordered a flight of four beers which included Hopmongous, a double IPA, ABV 8.1%, the Kennett Pride Ale, ABV 5.5%, Lost Mind Head, an IPA using Vermont (Conan) yeast, ABV 6.3% and Stick Kolsch, a German pilsner, ABV 6.1%.

Our favorites were the Hopmongous and the Lost Mind Head. We enjoyed a glass of each along with some cheese pretzels. Clara was our server. We enjoyed our visit and will stop by again during future visits to the area. Click on the above link to learn more about their beers.

You two social butterflies have too much fun. Actually, I think it's wonderful.  I'm sure the beer tasting was fun - and cheese pretzels sound pretty good too. D
