Mindset Mastery Day 30 of 90 in a Realtors® life is critical for success. This may not be for you, but let me ask a question. Have you ever come into a situation and have everything work out perfectly? How often does that happen for you? Have you ever gone into a situation, perhaps a listing presentation and things ended up horribly? What is the difference, do you wonder? Have you ever been driving down the road and someone cuts you off and almost causes a crash? What are you thinking in that moment?
Here is another, have you ever had a wonderful thought and later that exact set of wonderful circumstances shown up in your life? All of these things happen on a daily basis for all of us. What is it that you want? For me and I know for you too, we all want only the best. I am finding that I can control my days by my expectations. If I want a positive outcome in my prospecting today I think of those I prospected before who have become great clients and provided wonderful testimonials. I don't think of that grumpy person who hangs up, or yells at me about the industry and all agents.
Your mindset is critical to your success. To positively impact your mindset you can focus on your body to start with. Breathe well, take a walk, throw a ball, go to the gym anything to align your body with your mind in a powerful way. I am not saying focus completely on your body, but don't neglect your body hoping your mind will take you where you want to go. We are all connected through our energy. Make sure your energy and your mind are in alignment with your goals and expectations. While this sounds simple, and it is, the daily habit must be created.
