WILMETTE HOME SALES for November 2018
27 homes closed in Wilmette in November, 10 more than closed in October. The median home price was $550,000 for last month’s sales. The 4 month absorption rate (listed below) is a good seller’s market but inventory is always lower this time of year.

Price range: $186,000 to $1,200,000
The median Wilmette price dipped at the end of 2017 and into 2018 but has recovered a big higher than early 2017.
Days on market rose at the same time that prices dropped then went down again during 2018.
