Sacramento County experienced a 24.8% increase in number of homes listed FOR SALE in January 2019 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a -25.4% decrease in homes SOLD. Pending sales decreased -2%
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. More homes are available, making finding a suitable home easier. It's a GREAT time to buy.

January was a spectacular month for me at Lyon, personally, but all those sales went into the hopper in December, LOL. It is bad that inventory is climbing while sales are dropping for sellers, but it is darned good news for buyers, Myrl!
