Watercolor Florida Year to Year Real Estate Market
In the video interview Peter mentions doube digit appreciation from last year same time. There is not really any land available. Total number active listings decreased from 63 to 51. Average sales prices increased 14% overall. Average sales price for this perios last year was at $1.7 million and prices have jumped to $2.0 million. Peter also forecasts no signs of slowing down in the near future.
