ISAs are also skilled to work in your CRMs.
They can clean up your databases, send out emails, and they can set up all the greeting for the next couple of years. It is one of the things they do for us, we love knowing that it is all set up and we don't have to worry about finding the time to set up email greetings and holiday fun.
Typically your inside sales caller should be calling 2 hours per day or evening.
