CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - July 15, 2019 – The Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) May market report for North Padre Island shows the Median price at $245,000 up 12.4% from June 2018. Product pricing distribution indicates that 60% of the June sales were priced between $100k and $300k. Although the number of closed sales is down year over year for June, it is important to note that sales volume has consistently been more than double the neighboring Port Aransas/Mustang Island market.
