Last year I sold 322 E 6th Street - an 18 plex - in Minden, NE to an out of state buyer. I did not manage it once he took ownership. I did stay in close touch with the new owner, however. A few months back he said he was going to sell and invest in a new project on the East coast.
We decided it would be best to list with his Property Manager due to possible conflicts and complications of not doing that.
I told him I would try to find him a buyer.
My real estate investment business partner Chanse Beinke, over at Wayne James Investments contacted me last week and said he knew someone who might be a great buyer.

Short story: this Buyer and his wife have placed it under contract and we are scheduled to close on the 27th.
It will be a win-win for the listing agent, the buyer, myself, my investment partner, and especially the seller.
There really is no reason to not work together for the greater good.
Of course...until we are closed...we have not completed the sale....but I am very optimistic on this one!!
