Warm greetings from Door County, Wisconsin!  In these ever-changing times, I, and as well as everyone else at the Kellstrom-Ray Agency, remain committed to serving our families, customers, clients and our community in every way possible. 

Just a reminder:  the Kellstrom-Ray Agency has survived—and thrived—during numerous national crises since its inception shortly after World War II.  Believe it or not, this is a good time to buy:  rates remain stable and lenders are anxious to assist.  We have some fantastic new developments in Sister Bay (Shore View and Yacht Harbor Shores) as well as new inventory coming online soon in Egg Harbor and in Baileys Harbor.  Current inventory may be more attainable.  This current crisis was not caused by the housing market, and we do not believe it will have a sustained impact on our unique housing market in this uniquely beautiful area of the United States. 

In light of unprecedented challenges, please know that I am prepared to provide continuous service to my customers and clients while keeping YOU--as well as our own Brokers, agents and staff—safe.

Operations continue fully, with most services being provided remotely or with a focus on social distancing.  As such, we are able to, among other services:

1.         Provide photos and video of new listings and price reductions, as well as featured listings.
2.        Conduct FaceTime home tours for you of vacant properties (and video updates on our new construction opportunities).
3.        Answer any questions by email, phone or text promptly.
4.        Handle all transactions electronically (this also includes our lenders and our title companies).

Additionally, our state, local and national Realtor boards have all made adjustments to keep the real estate world adhering to “business as usual” as much as possible in unusual times.

We care about your health and safety, as well as the vitality of our Country, our states and our beloved Door County.  I will continue to work diligently to assist you with all of your real estate needs, whether you are a past, current or future Buyer or Seller.  Check with each specific Door County municipality to see if anything you currently have planned on the Door Peninsula is postponed or canceled (and a reminder, if you visit, that there is currently a wide detour around Fish Creek/the Town of Gibraltar for municipal improvements, as well as retail closures and restrictions on gathering and dining).

To those with pending transactions, our office, as well as the title company, will continue to maintain “business as usual”, only in a bit of a different manner.  Office joke:  "Real estate and the stock market may be having a nice, temporary sale, but people seem oddly focused on buying toilet paper………"
