Hello, all I just have a couple of thoughts or guestions for anyone willing to answer or put their thoughts down. What is going on in your market? At this time? I'm a very positive person and I have my doubts about this real estate market and its not good. I think things are starting to pick up finallly. This market is still in a decline from what I can see, but i hope it will soon be over. Well, hopefully all agents and brokers get busy and make some money this second half of the year. When I say busy I don't mean you haven't been already, I just mean busy making money. Several agent have been busy with clients and lead generation and it hasn't paid off. Myself Included. As you know I'm not in Real Estate but several of my network associates are. I hear different things. Some say they have just changed their focus on buyers and investors and things seem to be good. Those looking for listings say the majority of listings going on the market are foreclosures. FYI, this info is coming from Southern California in the Inland Empire.
