THE SELLER'S DOG REALLY LIKES ME!
I have known the seller's of a recent listing for many years, but never had an opportunity to meet their dog Simba. After the first meeting, it was obvious that he had taken to me. I was always greeted with a big doggie kiss and a hug around my neck!
On this occasion, I was alone with him waiting for the inspector to arrive. I sat down on the sofa, and he jumped up and sat down right next to me. As you can see in this photo he just started kissing me, and I was glad to be able to get a selfie!
Glad to say, all went well, and he is enjoying his new home with his family!
Such a sweet dog, and a lovely family. Just one of the reasons that I love what I do!
