Luke 1:45
“Blessed is she who has believed that what the Lord said to her will be accomplished.”
Mary was told by an angel that she as a virgin would bear a child, the Son of the Most High God. And she felt many emotions as she was being told of this great blessing. And even though it seemed impossible in the natural, she accepted and said to the angel “I am the Lord’s servant…may it be to me as you have said.”
The promises and instruction that came to her that day was not a worldly promise. It was a supernatural promise of an amazing unlimited God. As I look back on my life I can say for sure I have had promises of God whispered to me that I choose NOT to believe. I have had a lot of the distractions of the world that I have chosen to follow or believe. However, the good news is God has kept whispering promises to me. And some of them I have heard and believed.
God never gives up on you, or me, or that person that we may look at and think is in a hopeless situation. Others may give up on us, but God never does. We do need to do a little bit on our end. We need to believe that what the Lord said will be accomplished. The Lord speaks to us through his WORD and PROMISES. We read them and pray about them daily here and if your like me you spend more time then just this reading growing in relationship with God! Pick up on the promises and purposes God has for you! Writing this is one of the whispers I delayed but eventually went with!
LORD HERE ARE SOME PROMISES I FEEL YOU HAVE FOR ME (NAME THEM NOW). THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THEM ON MY HEART AND IN MY MIND. HELP ME TO HAVE THE STRENGTH, PATIENCE AND ABILITY TO WALK IN THEM AND ALLOW YOU TO WORK IN ME AS I MOVE FORWARD! AMEN!
