If your today is better than your yesterday, smile, even laugh out loud, tell someone that your today is better than your yesterday was. Assist your mind to move into one of your past happiest moments in your life. Even if it is only for a few minutes, or even a few seconds.
If your today is NOT better than your yesterday, and it is after the noontime hour, then begin to focus on how your tomorrow can be better than your today. Sometimes it is not easy. But not all the time. Yes, sometimes we have to focus more, concentrate harder, move into a mood like we normally do not live in to have as great of a day as when you were nine years old and at Disneyland for the first time in your life, enjoying your wedding day, or experiencing becoming a parent for the first time right there in the delivery process.
Some of us will take longer to learn to live a life that is happier, more exciting, and beneficial than others after we have (most likely) that wonderland of childhood, you know Santa Clause, Easter Bunny, mommy, daddy, and well you know just what I mean.
Blame it on Covid 19, Taliban, Isis, Trump, or Biden, if you chose… Just remember there are tens of thousands of people craving to get into our country, so we must be better off than many, acknowledge it, accept it, and believe it. Quit bitching and enjoy the privileges you have America!
