The Real Estate Market continues to change. New listings as well as the amount of homes on the market increased. Interest rates ticked up again. We are seeing a steady amount of relocations to our area and a steady amount of first time buyers. The fact most people are not getting is that the longer you wait, the more it will cost you to buy with these higher interest rates. Many agents are changing brokerages looking for more clients. 

Many home sellers are now wondering if they waited too long to sell. Bidding wars are dwindling. The amount of buyers is decreasing as a whole. There is BIG differences from town to town and neighborhood to neighborhood. Great school districts and desired neighborhoods are still seeing a good amount of action. Over priced homes are now starting to sit in other areas.

Buyers are starting to get deals when they do it right. Buyers are getting more homes to choose from. It does depend on whether the buyers are getting the advice and help they deserve though. These changes make who you decide to hire to be your Realtor, more important than ever.

DOES IT MATTER WHICH REALTOR I USE?  The short answer is YES. It matters. There is great difference from one agent to agent another though. All agents are not created equally. Bigger is not better. Experience matters. Choose the Best agent not the biggest. Choose experience over not experienced. Choose Local over National. There are 199 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SOLD 1/1/22 TO 5/9/2022. The average SALE PRICE is $357,154 The average DAYS ON MARKET is 12. 
 
In 2021 during the same time there were 231 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SOLD 1/1/21 TO 5/9/2021
