This week the median list price for Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is $11,995,000 with the market action index hovering around 30. This is less than last month's market action index of 31. Inventory has increased to 163.

The Market Action Index has been trending lower for several weeks while prices have remained relatively stable. If inventory continues to grow relative to demand however, it is likely that we will see downward pressure on pricing.

Oh as an additional side note I wonder what the first owners paid for that house in 1958.  Takes me back to the shows on TV in the 50's and 60's where the ideal TV family lived there.

Seriously, we are still in a heavy sellers market but, homes are not flying off of the shelf as they were, nor are buyers offering outrageous prices on the homes. We're moderating and I'm thankful for that!
