EXERCISE TO RE-INVIGORATE
Hi All, we decided to extend our "sabbatical" to mid-November. All is well here. We sincerely recommend this idea of "resetting" mind, body and spirit, which is also a form of reinventing yourself.
We feel so fortunate to have a "Gym Next Door", just 2 minutes from our home. They have an amazing set of "core-strengthening" equipment, plus mind-body classes, that neither of us had seen or experienced before. We are not really "gym people". But, this is a small, community-oriented facility that is run by a wonderful, caring couple.
They call the progression, from one piece of equipment to the next, a "circuit". The machines alternate in targeting upper, lower and mid-body muscle groups. It takes no more than 30 minutes to complete the circuit. Without forcing or exceeding a comfortable limit of repetitions we emerge energized each time.
Our new motto is: Eat to Rejuvenate. Exercise to Re-invigorate and Decompress to Revivify.
