Victory at Verrado, A 55+ Community

We recently visited the 55+ community, Victory at Verrado, in Buckeye. It is a beautiful neighborhood located at the base of the White Tank Mountains.

There is a fabulous clubhouse that includes tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools, a restaurant, an art studio and much more. Rumor has it that they will be adding 8 more pickleball courts to the 8 they already have.

There are multiple builders in the area and there are custom lot opportunities. We viewed the model homes of several builders, including, Taylor Morrison, Capitol West, K Hovnanian, Landsea, David Weekley and Willima Ryan. There were some beautiful homes!

They were easy to view because several of the builders had their model homes on the same street.

And I haven't even mentioned any of the existing homes in the Victory neighborhood. You could easily spend a day exploring the neighborhood. By the way, if you have the time, try exploring the Victory Steps and the miles of hiking trails in the area.

I just learned today that my dad thought about purchasing a home in the area, Ed Silva. If he had that might have changed history and we would be living there now. Still, I do love PebbleCreek.

We enjoyed viewing all of the homes, Dorie Dillard Austin TX, but we really liked the David Weekley Homes. I am also a big fan of the Raylor Morrison homes. I think they build a nice home and I have a friend that I have known since high school that works there!

The interior of these homes are beautiful Ray. What I don't understand is the fact that there are different builder lots within the same community. We don't have anything like this. Only one builder at our new construction sites.

I found it very interesting myself, Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400. I do not think I have seen a similar set up either. I can understand the design behind it, though. The models are at the entrance to the community and it makes it convenient for potential buyers to preview everything and easily compare and contrast the builders styles, prices, options, etc. I know it made it easy for us. Each builder did have their own representative in one of their models. I liked it.
