One room I always recommend staging is a Guest Room.  It does not take much to create a colorful room that make buyers' long to be invited to stay in!  Crisp, attractive bedding, a nice headboard, artwork and lighting gives the room an incredible model home/designer look without the price tag.

HI Cindy-that particular room was really small-but I love that bedding and really love the artwork.  As you can see, green is my favorite color!!

HI Joyce!!  I have tons of pillows on my bed too and my husband always says "and why do we have all these pillows??" as we take them off every night   :)

Very nice work Cathy.  The first photo has that beach house/vacation look to it - very relaxing looking but fun.  I also love the metal artwork above the bed in one of the other photos.
