We'll get those DOM numbers down eventually... For now though, folks need to really focus on price to get their home sold.

I noticed the big disparity between the average listing price of your 3 bedroom homes vs the sold price... do you have a lot of sellers who are just refusing to budge on their now-inflated price?

I am seeing a lot of flux right now in looking at the 5 largest cities in the county. I will know more when I do my end of the month stats around the 6th of Oct. I think the last quarter has a lot of opportunities. But for now the biggest opportunity is Price, Price, Price.

I totally agree, it is price that will bring the DOM down. There is a reluctance to reduce price because of the feeling of "Giving the home away". This too will come into line at some point.
