Ferris Wheels Of Time and Attention

by KEN BRAND Retaggr Profile Card on OCTOBER 1, 2008

Post Ike, we’ve been busy pulling levers, cleaning up, pushing strings, repairing, herding cats, barreling monkeys, imagineering, emotioneering and futurescaping.  Personally, I’m panting and optimistic.  There is always opportunity when the average and ordinary freeze uncertain. Like I said, I’m optimistic, not hopeful.  Hope is a crappy plan, so I hustle and rock on.  How about you?

Want to impress and magnetize?  Wednesday Morning, October 1st, 9:07AM, I’m going to lead a 67 minute Workshop.  We’ll deconstruct our Listing Presentation Proposal.  What we DO.  Why we DO IT.  How it WORKS.  Why it WORKS.  How to SHARE IT ALL. Join us.

Also, I’ve spent some time updating my two day Fast Start Workshop - Creating Cataclysimic and Perpetual Profitability, Loyalism and Fun in the Residential Real Estate Business.  I’ll be teaching at corporate HQ this Thursday and Friday.

Here’s a slide from the show, it’s UNwise to be silent and invisible.

Next week, Monday - Wednesday, I’ll be attending a Non-Fiction Writers Conference in Austin, TX. Candid, persuasive and salient communication is the beginning, middle and end road to all success….in my humble opinion.

Knowing how to end, where to start, the angle of approach and what to leave out puts the Bada into your Bada-Bing and the Ker into the your Ker-Ching….know what I mean?

The book of short stories that includes mine should be published before Christmas.  I’m excited.  Cool.

If you need me for anything, I’ll have all my whiz-bang electronic leashes with me. Email me or give me a jingle on the cell: 832-797-1779.

Our next Team Meeting will be Tuesday Morning @ 9AM - October 14th, 2008.
