Madison County, GA, home sales turned around and went down again last month. After an almost 3% increase in October the sales volume dropped almost 5% in November while the Days on Market had a small decrease.
Average price dropped almost 1% while the median price fell over 3%. South Madison County led the drop in sales volume while North Madison County led the decrease in median and average home sale prices.
