UPDATE: the integration of IDX into the blog can now be done. I just need to find a real estate partner in Calgary and Med Hat who would like some of the traffic I have been generating. I keep getting clicks for MH and Calgary as I am the localism sponsor for those cities.

This is a test blog post to see if it is possible to integrate an IDX search box into an active blog

listing and have it work. Of course I am much more experienced with real estate and mortgage financing

than I am at coding in html, so bear with me if this doesn't work or looks like crap.

It may take me a few tries to get this right as I am trying to make software from

3 different developers work together. Almost Impossible, almost!

$100,000 - MISTAKE (FISHERMEN'S LOAN)

I'm a commercial fisherman fighting the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Bank) over a $100,000 loan mistake. I lost my home, fishing vessel and equipment. Help me fight this corporate bully by closing your RBC Bank account.

There was no monthly interest payment date or amount of interest payable per month on my loan agreement. Date of first installment payment (Principal + interest) is approximately 1 year from the signing of my contract.
Demand loan agreements signed by other fishermen around the same time disclosed monthly interest payment dates and interest amounts payable per month.The lending policy for fishermen did change at RBC from one payment (principal + interest) per year for fishing loans to principal paid yearly with interest paid monthly. This lending practice was in place when I approached RBC.
Only problem is the loans officer was a replacement who wasn't familiar with these type of loans. She never informed me verbally or in writing about this new criteria.

Tough to hold the entire institution liable for the mistake of one employees actions, especially a replacement or substitute employee.

If you did not receive your disclosure documents regarding your loan, then the bank is at fault and you will have no problem seeking restitution from them plus damages. However, if you failed to do your own due diligence and are just passing the buck to the 'replacement' employee, you will have a lot of time to sit and post these sorts of defamatory emails and requests to close accounts.

Your story is a tough one, but without knowing ALL of the details I think you will encounter more scepticism then empathy and assistance. Hope you get it all worked out.

It does work. You can embed the code right into a blog post and it remains functional and keeps the blog open just like it was a frame on a website. It is pretty cool and I think I will repost it into my blog every 4th or 5th post so that it appears on this blog plus my other 2 blogs.
