Junk mail or opportunity?

Hev you ever received a postcard from someone you have never heard of looking for a Realtor?  Sounds like one of those calls you get or the emails that keep catching your eye by advertising "Need Realtor in your area".  Well, it happened to me.  Hust for curiosity, I called the number, and low and behold, it was an actual potential client.  O.K. so I was little skeptical, but I am now working with this particular client on a huge deal in St Bernard Parish in Louisiana that will not only pay some of my bills, but will change the face of this community since the after math of Hurrican Katrina.  I guess what they say is true, "One man's trash is another man's treasure.  So the moral to this story is, don't take for granted that all that junk you receive is "JUNK".  Make the call, what can it hurt?
