I was sitting thinking that 1) I should be in bed, and 2) that I have been lazy writing blogs the past couple of weeks. I have been able to write a few this week, but combined with last week, I haven't done a lot of writing. I know that everyone is worried in some way, shape or form about what is going on with the economy, with life or whatever. These are righteous concerns, there are a lot of issues with the economy, and there is no way of knowing just how the economy will respond to the stimulus packages.
I know that our business is off from the high point a couple of years ago and that is a concern for us. Anyway I came across this quote and I don't know if will help with everyone or every concern, but here it is:
"How many cares one loses when one decides not to be something but to be someone." Coco Chanel.
I know that I get wrapped up in being this or that, when what I should worry about is being the best me that I can be. No one else in the world can be the best me, only I can accomplish that. It is easy to be a mediocre me, with all my faults and laziness, it is difficult to make myself someone that I would look up to, therefore, I liked this quote. Make it a great Weekend!
