Who Isn't Inspired by Singing?

I've already made my entry into Carol Williams December challenge What Inspires You but I heard something today that made me want to enter this even though it won't be for points. This does however tie into my original entry, The Artist. 

Sometimes I forget about the Vocalist being an Artist, yet who has not been overcome by a song we found as spectacular? In my original post it was obvious what Artist I was talking about and how all other artists paled in comparison. Can you imagine THAT Artist singing a song about His joy in knowing you?

God singsThe actual scripture says "He will joy over thee in singing" KJV.

If that doesn't make you smile from now to eternity I don't know what will. Heck, I get a thrill out of Tracey Ulman singing this song to me.

Kathleen Daniels the only thing that would make that song better is if Nina Hollander were to sing it to me .

Debe Maxwell, CRS she (Tracey Ullman) was really talented. I don't know if you remember her variety show but she was very similar to Carol Bernette.

Hi Bob,
Yes, singers are definitely artists and inspiring.  Your post reminded me that the other day I was watching a TV show when the Little Drummer Boy came on at the end and I immediately started to tear up.  Songs are a very emotional medium!  Who wouldn't want Tracey Ullman as their girl?

Singing (music in general) makes me happy and is inspirational to me. If I feel gloomy, an upbeat, happy song will instantly lift my mood.
