Sometimes you feel like a nut.
This Alabama Squirrel entertained us this morning over breakfast as he was gathering nuts and just could not resist to stop and devour one. You know sometimes you feel like a nut.

Have you been storing your nuts cash?  Are you ready to purchase your next home?  I would love to have a conversation with you.  Call John McCormack with AlbuquerqueHomes.com 505-980-4576.

FALCON IN A TREE
Sometimes in life words are just not needed, a photo says it perfectly...or does it?

Sometimes the photos representing a home for sale are not always as they may seem.  With editing software a room can take on a completely different appearance.  Previewing homes on the internet at websites like www.AlbuquerqueHomes.com is great place to start but seeing a home in person is always the best way.  Call John McCormack REALTOR® for a private and professional tour of any home in the Albuquerque Metro area.

photos: Seize Advertising Opportunities - 11/13/12 09:11 PM
Recently on a road trip that traversed West Texas we stumbled upon this very old and very leaning water tower!  This is sure to catch everyone's eye that drives across the panhandle of Texas on I-40.  After some research I discovered that an area entrepreneur did in-fact use this very leaning water tower to advertise his nearby truck center. That was many years ago and the service center/station has since burned down.  I thought I would pick up where they left off and seize this advertising opportunity.  Hey I have seen Realtor ads on billboards, park benches, bus stops and grocery … (34 comments)

photos: 100 MLS Photos..that's a lot of photos! - 09/17/12 11:35 PM
100 MLS Photos...that’s a lot of photos!Just recently the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) and Rapattoni our MLS provider announced that we can now add over 100 MLS Photos!  Wow that’s a lot of photos. I am a big fan of photos in the MLS and I have been an advocate to increase the amount of photos available but I never dreamed it would reach 100.  The mandatory is one photo of the exterior, its a good thing it’s mandatory because a few fellow agents would prefer NO photos.  I have yet to see a listing with 100 photos displayed … (76 comments)

Home Is Where The Heart Is

They say home is where the heart is.  Something about this photo draws me. I wonder who lived here, loved here, played here, worked here and probably died here.  What did they do for a living?  How did they survive the harsh winters and scorching dry summers?  Something about this photo tells me the people were happy, they were survivors and they thrived in this home.  Reflecting on this photo and home place reminds me  that even in today’s crazy world .. home is still where the heart is.
