Getting back to nature at the Rocky Mountain National Park was an experience neither my wife nor I will ever forget. The fall colors were amazing, October 14,000-foot snow-caps intriguing, wild life abundant and the chilly nights perfect for sleeping. We were fortunate enough to catch a herd of Elk at dusk grazing near a stream. The huge bull didn’t appreciate the clicks of the camera and let out a deafening bugle call for his ladies to head back across the stream and he meant right then!
