bpos: BPO's How to?

I know it's been a while since I posted a something on BPO's but it's been an interesting few weeks in this wonderful world we call Real Estate. I have been doing BPO's for the past 2 months doing one every week. The last two I have done for a company didn't pass Quailty Control and one of them didn't get past QC three times. I want to remind people that are wanting to do BPO's that there is system to do them and you should learn the in's and out's before doing one. As once you start not passing QC … (5 comments)
bpos: BPO ratings

AS my last post stated I have started doing BPO's. I have done six BPO's in the last six weeks and all have been accepted by the company and sent to the client. What I am wondering is do companies have some kind of rating system on how the agent doing the BPO did and if so are will they give pointers on how to improve or just drop you altogether. Any thoughts? I just completed a BPO for a company that the subject home was giong to be listed by an agent which I was able to contact. After sending … (10 comments)
