Ok so we are working on our brokerage with a five year plan of being able to franchise it. I am hoping to include some services to make it a one stop shop for home buyers and sellers. what third party or additional services would you want to come equipped with your franchise if you were to buy one and start a new brokerage or change over your current one?
How would like the web pressence to be? How about technology? Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated. … (1 comments)

I have expounded on this before but I have found some more bad pictures and even a few video posts on you tube set to music and dedicated to bad pictures! I will start with the one that my wife and I viewed when looking for a home recently we actually did not know what this was;
The sad thing is that I did not change this picture. Youtube has some great videos of bad real estate pictures.
